This project was for the building of Moose Toys headquarters. Moose Toys consists of 2, 2-story office buildings with tenant improvements to create a fun, colorful space, well suited for a toy company.
Moose Toys is part of Campus El Segundo, a 46-acre campus in the heart of El Segundo. The Campus is home to The Los Angeles Lakers, and more than 50 workplace owners at the adjacent Edge and elevon office communities.
This project is built and its presence creates a colorful backdrop for Campus El Segundo.
